A private owner-to-owner room for better business decisions.
Invitation only, for owners of $5M-plus businesses from Auckland to Cape Reinga. One gathering a month.
The owner story is the spark. The peer conversation is the product.
Every gathering opens with one owner telling the honest version of a real decision, then moves into the part people actually come for.
The Owner’s Table
Each person says who they are, what is on their mind, and where they would value perspective. The table then picks one issue and gives it enough attention to produce clarity, rather than skimming across everyone’s.
- What is the real decision here?
- Has anyone dealt with something similar?
- What did you learn the hard way?
- What is the next practical step?
TABLES OF 6 TO 8 / 40 MINUTES
Hot Seat
One owner puts a live issue in front of the group. Questions first, advice second. They leave with clarity and a next action, not a pile of opinions.
ONE OWNER / BY ARRANGEMENT
Vault 10
A higher-scale conversation for $10M-plus owners: governance, capital, acquisitions, succession, and building a business that is less dependent on the owner.
$10M+ TURNOVER / SELECTED GATHERINGS
Two hours, and you know exactly what happens in them.
Owners have full calendars. Once a month, in the late afternoon, finishing when we said we would.
Confidentiality is what makes the honest version possible.
Everyone who walks in signs up to the same room standard, hosts included. It is short, it is plain, and it is enforced.
-
What is said in the room stays in the room
Numbers, staff matters, customers, margins, personal challenges, decisions still being worked through.
-
No recording
No audio, video, screenshots or photography without the explicit consent of the hosts and everyone captured.
-
No public attribution
Take the idea and use it as your own thinking. Do not quote, identify or point back at the person who said it.
-
No selling, pitching or recruiting
No prospecting, no approaching another member’s staff, customers or suppliers. The hosts follow the same rule.
-
Conflicts declared before the gathering
Commercial relationships, live disputes or significant competitive overlap. We handle the table allocation from there.
-
Respectful challenge
Challenge the decision, the idea or the approach. Candid is welcome. Careless is not.
Two hosts, and neither of us sells in the room.
We curate the membership, facilitate the tables and carry responsibility for the quality of the conversation. We follow up only where a need has been raised and permission given.

Think you belong in this room?
Tell us who you are, what you run and roughly what it turns over. Warwick and Andrew read every request themselves and you will hear back either way.
Attending means accepting the One Vault Community Charter: plain rules on confidentiality, no selling and respect for the room. We send it with your confirmation.
What you send here goes to Warwick and Andrew only. It is used to assess fit for the room and for nothing else, and it is never passed on or used for marketing.
